Mixed Drink Recipe For: Apricot Cooler

Ingredients:
2 oz Apricot-flavored Brandy
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
2 oz Club Soda or Ginger Ale
Ice (cracked)
Orange or Lemon Peel


Directions:
In a glass, dissolve powdered sugar in the club soda. Stir. Fill glass with cracked ice and add brandy. Add club soda or and stir again. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel and dangle end over rim of glass.
