Mixed Drink Recipe For: Bellini

Ingredients:
1 medium ripe Peach, peeled and pureed
4-6 oz Champagne or dry sparkling wine

Directions:
Pour peach puree into glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with a peach slice. In a pinch Peach Schnapps can be used instead of a peach.
